Help is being offered to Harriet Miers as she begins the intensive study of Constitutional law.

I was thinking, watching her confirmation and preparing responses to their questions might be a good review of Con Law thus far.

Sen. Specter: Ms. Miers, what, in your view, are the basic tenents of the Supreme Court's prudential standing doctrine?
