Write to the Omaha School Board about this travesty.
This is a blog to talk about things collectivly in a non-classroom type setting in order to foster a greater appreciation for diverse intersts and views. Oh, and consideration is a bargained for exchange.

Something I thought you guys might like to know, for encouragement: I read in National Review that Nebraska ranked #2 in frivolous lawsuits, that is, ranking from Best to Worst. I was impressed, and not a bit surprised.
I assume you mean that we have the second fewest frivolous lawsuits. I like that a lot. If the parents sue on this action, I maintain that it is absolutely not frivolous.

I saw last night on the news that the School dropped the suspention threat b/c he stayed home from school yesterday..
Looks like our letters worked!
