I'm not really soliciting gambling.

No money will actually change hands.

You know what, I haven't been following it. I just think they should nail that weirdo. (Is that harsh?)

If it were criminal to be weird most of my friends would be incarcerated.

It might be a little harsh to say such things, but I think that's a defendable additude.

I haven't been following it much either, but I always like legal wagers.

Anyone heard from Sergei since the last email? I thought he said we'd get pictures?

I haven't heard anything from him.

And maybe I should be more specific on my feelings. There is nothing wrong with being a per se weirdo. The problem with Jacko is the his weirdness MO (modus operandi). He goes on national television and tells everyone, yes, I do like to sleep in the same bed with young boys, and isn't my life-sized boy scout statue neat?

lol

Ah, but would a pedeophile actually go on national television and admit to such things?

Or would they keep thier urges in the dark? Besides, I don't think "sleeping" with the boys is a violation of the statute.

Violation of statute or not, perhaps Jacko should be euthanised. I assume that he thinks there is nothing wrong with it, and that perhaps he has overestimated his fame and influence and believes he can use them to change people's attitudes about man-boy love, in keeping with NAMBLA's agenda (not the National Association of Marlin Brando Look-Alikes). People with strange fetishes often-times don't think there's anything wrong with it, and logically it's the next thing to follow from saying that same-sex relationships are okay (although this may be a bit of a leap, it's still on the same thread of logic).

Whatever happened to shame? That used to keep people in line.

Anybody got any thoughts on this?

I think they did the right thing legally. I don't think the kid was credible and might have came off kind of shady/money hungry. Anyway...Curious as to reactions...

Honestly, I never paid any attention. I don't get why celebrity trials are such a big deal. Nothing should be big enough to cancel Jeopardy, but the bastards at CBS decided the verdict was so big that they had to talk about it all through the show, probably for an hour before and after, also.

They guy made "Thriller" for goodness sake! "Triller" Kelly, "Triller"! Vincent price was in that shit.

I don't get into all celebrity trials and I really wouldn't say I was "into" this one, I just wanted to see what some legal minds thought of it. Sucks about Jeopardy, I always hated it when they would cut into shows.
