There hasn't been a new post on here for a few days, so I'm wondering where everybody is. Did everyone have a good Memorial Day weekend? I helped a friend move into his first house, and Laura is going to rent a room in their basement starting late June. I've been hanging out with her since Wednesday night, so we generally had a good time.

We went to Colorado for a break then I made two trips to Sioux City to visit my sick Grandma, but I am managing to keep up with these blogs, including my own.

I am a bit like a god. Just kidding. Thanks, I took it myself. Sounds like you've been pretty busy. That's about a three+ hour drive each way. I hope she's doing better.
I just got a call from my mom. There's these two 90+year-old sisters that live in Pierce that were good family friends. They didn't have anyone else so we would invite them to spend Christmas Eve with us, and my little brother used to do their yard work. Anyway, the younger one passed away on Monday and my dad is a pall bearer. It's kind of sad, especially since the older one was taking care of her for so long, and I'm not sure if she has any more reason to live. Of course, you can't complain about a 90-year life.
