Randy's?

Are we going to Randy's soon? And, if so, when? And, either way, did you know they have a web site featuring events, (undoubtedly embarrassing) photos, and info on their poker?

Responses?

Incidentally, it seems you need to buy a card there for $20, and you can earn points on it based on how much you spend. You can use those points in the tournaments or use them as credit. That's how they get around gambling laws. Sounds good to me.

Let me know when and I'm in.

Also, I don't think that "Randy's credit card" gets around any gambling laws. It's just that no one is looking. It involves a risk and consideration which I think is enough to fulfil the elements of gambling in the state of nebraska.

Either way...let me know when...

Kelly, do you or do you no take the February Bar?

I completely agree with Jon's analysis of the apparent gambling at Randy's.

However, also like Jon, all I need is a "when" and I am in as well.

Evidence and Tax are all that's left . . . for now. Should be a cinch? Right? I mean, since I study sooo hard these days.

I have applied for the February bar, but I haven't heard back on whether or not I'll be allowed to take it. I just got my MPRE score back and it's high enough, but I expect it'll be at least a couple weeks before I hear back on the bar.

Thursday would be the best day for me. Today (Monday), Tuesday, and Wednesday I'll be working from 8am-12pm, but Thursday I have no obligations.

We could do a Wednesday at 1:00....

Or a Thursday afternoon...

Work with Todd? We need to get Sergei in on this, but I don't know where he is.

If someone can get a hold of Sergei, then Wednesday at 1:00 works for me. Otherwise Thursday at 1 or noon will work.

I saw Sergei, and I think we have arranged to go to Randy's tomorrow (Thursday) around noon or a little later.
