Nice title for the blog, Jon.
Much better than "The Promissory Estoppels" or "The Anticipatory Repudiations". Flows off the tongue better.
Certainly also better than the "Rule 12(b)(6) Motions," the "Products Liabilities," or the "Actus Reuses" (Rei? What's the plural?)
